Why Eating Less Might Be Wrecking Your Hormones

And here’s the part I want you to sit with: this isn’t rare. It’s one of the most common blind spots I see in capable, disciplined women who have spent years treating “eating less” as a virtue rather than a variable to manage.

Problem #1: The Exhaustion That Sleep Doesn’t Fix

You’re sleeping your eight hours (mostly) and you’re still dragging by 2pm. Sound familiar?

 

Calories are fuel for every single process in your body, not just movement. When intake runs consistently short, your body starts triaging.   • Avoiding extended stretches of aggressive restriction
  • Supporting the whole system with real sleep and real stress management, not just food
